This is an experiment that I made the same week the HTC Vive was released. I couldn’t wait, I had to put my hands on it and I really wanted to adapt the Unity multiplayer system to the VR. Anyone who has ever put his hand on the Vive the first days can tell that it was a real dare, now thankfully it's easier and there are many plugins ready for it.
This system synchronizes the positions and rotations of the player's heads, hands, controllers inputs and all the physics behaviours to influence other objects, for how many player you want (better say how many you can).
This sort of library that was born from this experimentations was used in many commercial projects by BigRock, such as the prototype for an Helicopter repair training system made for AgustaWestland, the final system is still under development.
This project has been really challenging for me, and thanks to this I strengthened my knowledge of the Unity multiplayer system.
